FRANK CARLISLE (SOLVING THE RIDDLE OF EZEKIEL'S WHEELS)

* Ezekiel (VI BC, Tel Abib, Babylon): He was among the several thousand Jews captured and carried off to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar II. In the first three chapters of the Book of the Prophet Ezekiel (Click here to read Ezekiel's first 3 chapters-->http://www.ldolphin.org/ezekiel/ezekiel1.html)... ‘God, seated in a throne, descends to Earth in a heavenly chariot accompanied by his angels.’ Ezekiel is then told Israel will be punished for its sins... Description of the chariot: ‘Like a wheel in the middle of a wheel and eyes round about them.’... ‘When they went, they went upon their four sides, and they turned not when they went.’ ...’The living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning... And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great water... When those went, these (wheels) went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted upon from the Earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.’ ... Ezekiel describes a throne (pilot’s chair?) located above the wheels (ship’s dome?) with ‘the likeness of a man’ seated in it dressed in an amber garment. Frightened, E. fell upon his face. A voice told him to get up and complained to him of attacks against him by Ezekiel’s people, warning him that any further provocation would bring punishment... ‘Then the spirit took me up’ and he heard ‘the noise of the wheels and a noise of great rushing’, and was carried to Tel Abib... Next contact: ‘Go forth into the plain, and I will talk with thee...’ He saw the same figure by the river Chebar (Nippur) and ‘fell on my face.’ Ezekiel was warned again about any further provocations.

WANDJINA ASTRONAUT

* There are many historical records that may refer to UFOs. In ancient Egypt, about 1500 BC, a ‘circle of fire’ was reported flying through the sky. IN 329 BC, Alexander the Great saw ‘two shining silver shields’ swooping out of the clouds. Other ancient cultures, such as the Dogon of Mali (http://dyg2.tripod.com/id2.htm/) and Aboriginals of Australia, have stories of visitors from space. The Dogon seem to have a knowledge of astronomy that baffles scientists. In 1931, two French researchers discovered that the Dogon know that the star Sirius has an invisible companion star (Sirius B) that takes 50 years to travel its orbit. They said this information had been given to them by space beings called Nommo. They also believed Sirius B is very heavy. It was not until modern times that astronomers discovered Sirius B... According to Aboriginal myth, the world was created by spirits called Wandjina who came to Earth in flying crafts from other worlds. When they had finished their work on Earth, the spirits left behind paintings of themselves on tree bark... There are images from many ancient cultures that seem to resemble alien astronauts... There are many accounts of strange discs and balls appearing in the sky in medieval times. On August 1566, citizens of Basel, Switzerland, woke to a very strange sight. Dozens of globes appeared at sunsire, becoming 'red and fiery' before they vanished. A similar incident occured in 1561 in the sky over Nuremberg, Germany, when black and blood-red balls seemed to battle with gigantic red crosses...

* Jacques Vallee pointed out that many accounts of flying saucers and their occupants resemble stories of fairies and angels in ancient folklore. Von Daniken claimed that alien astronauts had visited Earth in ancient times and helped to build some of its great monuments. According to Daniken's theory, Earth was visited by beings from other worlds whou built such monuments as the pyramids, the Sphinx, Stonhenge, and the statues of Eastern Island. However, most of von Daniken's theories have now been disproved by historians who have spent many years studying these sites...

* ...Von Daniken claimed that 2000 men working day and night could not be enough to carve the Easter Island Heads. The explorer Thor Heyerdahl proved that a few dozen people could carve and move the statues... There is now evidence that the Sphinx of Egypt, once believed to have been built about 2500 BC, may have been built thousands of years earlier by survivors of an older civilization... In trying to prove that the pyramids of Giza could not have been built by humans, von Daniken miscalculated their weight (he multiplied it by 5)... He also stated that Stonehenge was too advanced for people living about 3000BC to build. We now know that its stones could have been heaved on rollers to Salisbury Plain and that its function was a giant Sun and Moon calendar.

* During 1909 there was a wave of sightings of mystery airships. The craft were seen in places as far appart as the UK and New Zealand. The sightings were particularly unusual because neither Britain nor New Zealand had any airships at this time... On June 1947, Kenneth Arnold flew his plane over the Cascade Mountains and suddenly spotted nine V-shaped objects. He described the craft as 'flying like a saucer would if you skipped it across water', and created the phrase 'flying saucer'... During World War II, American pilots reported seeing fiery lights that followed their planes. They called the lights 'foo fighters' and assumed they were a secret weapon. But investigations showed that German and Japanese pilots saw them too... Mystery objects appeared in the sky over L.A. on 25th February 1943. Searchlights picked out the craft and anti-craft guns fired at them. Though they appeared to be hit, the craft were not damaged. These strange objects have never been identified...

Morristown, New Jersey, 1947: John H. Janssen, editor of the Daily Record (an American aviation journal) while flying his own plane spotted six, luminous spherical craft with hazy rings around them flying in a trail.

Washington D. C. 1952: Unidentified flying objects buzzing over the White House, the Capitol building, and the Pentagon. Washington National Airport and Andrews Air Force Base picked up a number of UFOs on their radar screens on July 19.

1964-Oberwesel, Germany: UFO photographed 8 March 1964 by Harry Haukler who was on a train passing through Oberwesel, when he saw a disc rise into the air alongside the train.

1965-Tulsa, Oklahoma: On the night of August 2, 1965 thousands of people in 4 midwestern states witnessed spectacular aerial displays by large formations of UFOs. That same night a multicolored disc was photographed in Tulsa Oklahoma while several persons watched it perform low altitude maneuvers. This picture was extensively analyzed, pronounced authentic, and later published by Life magazine and many newspapers.

1972, Apollo 16: NASA archives (photo No AS16-109-17804) Mission Apollo 16 on the Moon. Astronaut Charles Duke photographed collecting lunar sample at Station 1. The UFO is seen at just right of top center.

1988-Puerto Rico: This seems to show a jet fighter chasing a discoid / or wedge shaped object with a protuberance on top and bottom. Picture taken by Amaury Rivera.

1989-Nashville, Tennessee: September 27. The photographs of these UFOs were provided by Commander Graham Bethune of the US Navy.

1991-Space Shuttle Discovery: Enlargement of the light metal coloured sphere taken from the video camera on board the Space Shuttle Discovery "STS-51a". The UFO is similar to the one seen on mission "STS-37", of April 1991.

1994-Jan 12, Gulf Breeze, Florida: Ed Walters. The unknown object is partially blanketed by an F-15.

2001-Foster City, California, May 18. The photographer took several photographs of a UFO seen clearly in the night sky of California.

2004-October, Valpara, Mexico: Taken by the Mercury newspaper reporter Manuel Aguirre.

2005-Mexico: Recorded by security cameras of system 060 of Security Publishes Policeman in Coahuila, Mexico on October 05, 2005. The video was 27 minutes long, and was shown to the mass media by Homer Duran Flowers.
